Positively Charged Nylon Cartridge Filters
Nupore Nucart® positively Charged Nylon Cartridge Filters are sterilizing grade filters for endotoxin removal and sterilization of buffers organic solvents and injectables.
Positively Charged Nylon Cartridge filters are manufactured with a single layer of nylon-66 membrane and available in 0.22µm and 0.45µm ratings across different sizes ranging from 3" to 40".
These are hydrophilic, autoclavable, heat resistant, non-media migrating and biologically inert filters with wide chemical compatibility, ideal for filtration and sterilization of buffers, organic solvents and injectables.
Membrane Characteristics: These cartridge filters incorporate the positively charged Nylon-66 membrane which has a cationic functional group added to the membrane which provides an extra functionality of retaining smaller negatively charged particles such as endotoxins.
APPLICATIONS
- Endotoxin Removal
- LVPs and SVPs
- Filtration of Buffers and organic solvents
